Vinter Jazz 2015: The Søren Gemmer SPECIAL Birthday Double Concert

The Søren Gemmer Trio with Andreas Fryland and Tapani Toivanen, a reading from author Irmelin Prehn from her upcoming novel and a special surprise performance from a new a group.

Celebrating the ending of the Vinter Jazz 2015 Festival as well as SG’s birthday there will be good times and wine for all!

Two separate projects presenting exploratory reading of Ecclesiastes and Songs of Songs - two of the canonical Wisdom Books in the Old Testament.

Musical dialogue with Lindhart and the work itself, providing an abstract & provocative commentary.

Analogue synthesizers, sampling, electronically manipulated acoustic grand piano, composition & improvisation.

ALTING HAR EN TID toured Denmark in 2018 & 2019. HØJSANGEN has since 2020 been presented at churches, museums and venues around the country.
